The SITE Coalition of Alabama is unwavering in its commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as foundational principles that drive our organization's values and actions. We will continually strive to create an environment where every member, regardless of their background, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, age, or identity, feels not just welcomed, but truly valued and empowered.
Equity as a Guiding Light: Equity will be our guiding light in all that we do. We commit to identifying and addressing disparities within our organization to ensure that everyone has equal access to opportunities, resources, and support needed to thrive and succeed.
